[attr="class","ori"]Gotham Ridge was once a thriving town. But one night during the most rarest scientific discoveries, a comet that was thought to be extinct and rare passed over the town. Everyone had admired it and documented it. It was supposed to be monumental.

But come morning time, those that were outside seemed to have vanished...literally. Nothing left behind but dust and their clothes. It seemed to happen everywhere around the world. Towns and cities were empty. It was as almost as the world had completely ended.

But not so. There are those that were left behind. Canines. They now emerge from the dust and ash claiming what was once the top species of the universe. They now are taking over the towns and cities creating a brand new world. There are some humans however but they are not as they seem. They were the unlucky ones, exposed to the comet briefly before taking shelter. Now they have mutated into something grotesque and unfamiliar. They take to the streets at night, hunting for food and they aren't objectable to canines. no one knows what caused the comet to do what it did. The entire world has now changed completely.
